2. What to include
- The email address of your MailSketch account.
- What you were doing, and what happened.
- For a purchase: your order number.
Never send us your password. We will never ask for it.
3. Purchases and refunds
If you bought with a different email address than your account's, write to us with your order number and we'll add the plan to your account.

To get a copy of your data, or to ask a question about it, write to us. How we handle your information is in the Privacy Policy.
