Acceptable Use Policy

1. Why this policy exists

MailSketch is a design tool. It does not send email: you send from the email platform you choose. This policy covers what you design, upload and share here, and how you use the Service. It is part of our Terms of Service.

2. What you may not do

• Design or share email for spam, phishing, or messages sent to people who did not agree to receive them.
• Pretend to be another person, company or brand, or copy another sender's emails to mislead readers.
• Upload or share content that is illegal, that you don't have the right to use, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Upload malware, or links meant to harm the people who open them.
• Upload content that sexually exploits children, promotes violence against people, or harasses them.
• Use share links to publish content to the public that breaks this policy.

3. Using the Service fairly

• Don't try to get around your plan's limits, the rate limits, or the AI allowance, for example by opening extra accounts.
• Don't share an account between people who aren't members of your workspace.
• Don't scrape the Service, overload it, or probe it for weaknesses without our written permission.
• Don't resell or redistribute MailSketch codes unless we have agreed to it in writing.

Direct export to Klaviyo and Mailchimp is subject to fair-use limits that protect the Service and your accounts on those platforms.

4. AI-assisted drafting

Don't use AI-assisted drafting to write content this policy forbids. You are responsible for what you send, including text the AI suggested.

5. What we do if this policy is broken

We may remove content, turn off share links, or suspend an account that breaks this policy. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. A suspended account may export its designs first, unless it was suspended for illegal content.

6. Reporting a problem

To report content made with MailSketch that breaks this policy, write to support@mailsketch.com with the share link or a description.
